Refund Policy — Padan Scan

We want you to be sure Padan Scan works on your documents before you commit. The free 3-page trial lets you evaluate it first, and a money-back guarantee backs every purchase.

1. Purchases are handled by Paddle

Orders for Padan Scan are sold and processed by our reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as Merchant of Record. Because Paddle is the merchant for your purchase, refunds are processed through Paddle. We will authorise and arrange your refund, and Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method.

2. Try before you buy

Padan Scan offers a free 3-page trial with no payment, so you can run your own scans through it and confirm it fits your workflow before purchasing.

3. Money-back guarantee

If the App does not work out for you, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Within that window, contact us for a full refund of your most recent licence payment.

4. How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of these ways:

Email us at [email protected] from, or quoting, the email address used for the order, and include your order reference if you have it; or
Use Paddle's buyer portal — Paddle's order confirmation email links to a self-service page where you can request help with your purchase.

5. What happens when a refund is issued

When a refund is issued, your licence is deactivated and you must stop using the App (beyond the free 3-page trial). Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

6. Annual renewals

The licence is annual and renew-to-continue. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal — managing your subscription through the link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing us. If a renewal charge has just occurred and you no longer want it, contact us promptly: renewal refunds are handled on the same basis as above and in line with Paddle's buyer terms.
